Of 342 occupations, these 25 carry the highest measured AI exposure, led by Customer service representatives at the 100th percentile. Exposure is measured from Microsoft Research Copilot telemetry and the Anthropic Economic Index, not predicted.
High exposure is not the same as a job disappearing, and the ranking is a poor guide to risk on its own. Of these 25, 10 see most observed AI usage follow an automation pattern; the remaining 15 are roles AI reaches just as deep into while the person stays in the loop.
